We manufacture our scented candles using different variety of fragrances that are sourced from leading manufacturing company of Mumbai-Oriental Aromatics. It has its own fragrances research labs in Mumbai and New Jersey to continuously research on new fragrances. They use high grade raw material that conforms to RIFM and IFRA standards for fragrances, and GRAS, FEMA and KOSHER standards for flavors in their formulation process. Thus, the quality of our products has never disappointed any of our clients till date. Production Facility
We
are supported by state-of-the-art production facilities which has
1,50,000 sq. ft. production area where we produce 2,00,000 to 3,00,000
candles daily. It runs 24X7 across 3 shifts so that the production
process does not stop in any case. We deploy the 5S Management Approach
across all our systems. It help us in targeting to all needs and
specifics of the market.
The manufacturing process of candles are elaborated below:
- Firstly high-quality wax is melted in melting tanks, which is pumped through pipelines
- Then, specified production lines color, fragrance and other additives are added to this solution
- The approved mixture and the technical information on the production is given to the respective production line
- Stringent quality check and cleaning of the candles is done
- The products are taken to the packing conveyor for labeling
- Fully-packed cartons are placed on pallets to take a count
- And finally forwarded to the dispatch division for shipping
